1/ Get in Touch 

We invite you to send us the dimensions of your outdoor area whether that is a city terrace, a sprawling lawn or a poolside cabana along with a wish-list – from BBQ preferences, sinks & taps, to cocktail prep zones, built-in bins, and even colourful cabinets. Some clients provide a firm detailed brief while others simply tell us they love grilling and entertaining. Whichever camp you fall into, the more information you provide, the more precisely we can tailor the design. If you are unsure how to measure or photograph the space, our team can guide you. 

2/ Tailored Design Suggestions 

With your brief, our designers will create a custom design built to fit your space and style. You’ll get a clear visual layout with options to tweak and perfect every detail. Because the Vlaze ADAPT outdoor kitchen system is modular we can configure layouts that maximise every centimetre of available space. Cabinets for grilling, refrigeration, sinks, drawers or bin pull-outs can be arranged into an initial scheme that balances function with flow. You’ll receive lifelike renderings that illustrate how colours such as Quilted Graphite or Ochre will sit against your paving, brickwork or planting. At this stage nothing is set in stone and these drawings can be used as a springboard for further ideas. 

3/ Clear, Transparent Quote 

Alongside the visuals we issue a comprehensive quotation. We provide a full breakdown of unit costs and will include any utility suggestions such as water or electrics. No hidden extras and no last-minute surprises. 

4/ Refine, Review, Approve 

Most clients take a little time to review the proposal, imagining how they will use the kitchen in their space. If any changes are needed we revise the drawing and the quote until everything feels perfect. Only when you are completely satisfied do we move to production. It is your kitchen, your rules! 

5/ British Manufacturing, Made to Order 

Your approved design is passed to our factory on the Isle of Wight, which is the same facility that produces vitreous enamel signage for the London Underground and cladding for landmark buildings. Each cabinet carcuss is crafted from 304-grade stainless steel (or marine-grade-316 on request), then clad in luxurious enamel glazed panels that are fired at temperatures in excess of 800°C. The process fuses the enamel to the metal, creating an exceptionally hard-wearing, UV-stable finish that shrugs off rain, frost, wine spills and pizza-oven heat.  

6/ Delivery & White-Glove Installation 

Once your cabinetry has passed its final quality inspection, we arrange a convenient delivery date. Our expert team arrives with all modules pre-assembled, meaning no messy site work and minimal disruption. We take a white-glove approach with units positioned, levelled, connected and given a final polish, leaving you free to admire your new garden kitchen with zero stress. We even take packaging away for recycling. 

7/ Dine, Sip, Celebrate 

With everything perfectly in place, it is time to light the grill, fill the outdoor fridge and invite friends over. The vitreous enamel surfaces will take whatever culinary creativity you throw at them, from dough rolling to steak searing and mojito mixing. When the evening is done, a quick wipe is all that is needed to keep everything showroom fresh and ready for the next impromptu lunch or late-night marshmallow toasting.
