Vlaze Guarantee Terms and Conditions

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TWENTY-FIVE YEAR LIMITED GUARANTEE FOR VLAZE PRODUCTS

 

This guarantee applies exclusively to VLAZE products. Your VLAZE product is guaranteed against material and manufacturing defect for a period of twenty-five years from date of purchase. The guarantee registration form must be completed and submitted within fourteen days of purchase to enable the guarantee to be activated.

This guarantee is not transferable and is extended only to and is solely for the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. Please retain your dated sales receipt as proof of purchase.

If any part fails due to manufacturing or material defect within the guarantee period VLAZE will free of charge, either repair or replace the part at their discretion. The decision of VLAZE is final.

All claims on this guarantee must be made through the supplier of the product and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

This guarantee is for parts only. The cost of labour for removal and return is not covered by the guarantee.

Nothing in this guarantee shall affect your statutory rights.

This guarantee is applicable in the UK and its application operates in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This guarantee does not cover the following:

• VLAZE will not be liable for any consequential loss or incidental loss, damage or injury however caused.

• This guarantee will become void if the VLAZE product is not assembled by a registered retailer.

• If repairs or modifications have been carried out by anyone other than VLAZE or their authorised representatives.

  • This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
  • Consumable items such as hinges, castors or screws are not covered.
  • Damage from exposure to excessive heat (direct heat) or damage due to heat transmission.
  • Damage caused by inappropriate use, abuse, misuse or alterations.
  • Effects caused by direct exposure to extreme weathering will not be covered.
  • Damage caused by wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products, please refer to the VLAZE Use and Care Guidelines manual.
